We're excited to announce Dispirited as an official selection of the 2016 Fort Worth Indie Film Showcase. The festival will be held in Fort Worth, TX from July 14-17. We'll post more information soon.

What a Great Film Festival---Twister Alley Recap

What a great film festival! The 2016 Twister Alley Film Festival was fantastic. The quality of films from around the country and around the world was exceptional. The venue, sound and picture quality, and audiences were all great.

Dispirited was nominated for Best Oklahoma Film and it was an honor to be included in such great company. The quality of the Oklahoma films was tremendous. There are some incredibly talented independent filmmakers in Oklahoma.

We had a wonderful time sharing Dispirited with a new audience. It was heartening to talk to other filmmakers and audience members about it. It can be nerve-wracking to share your work, but it was encouraging to hear how many people were touched and moved by our work.

Special thanks to Creative Directors Josh Hope and TJ Treece for putting together a great festival. We’d also like to thank the town of Woodward, OK, the jury members, volunteers, sponsors, and audience members who made it such an enjoyable experience.

We heartily recommend the Twister Alley Film Festival. They treat filmmakers right, the venue is great, the quality of programming is tremendous and the city support is great. Check it out. We can't wait to go back.

It’s almost time for Dispirited at the Twister Alley Film Festival. The festival starts this Thursday in Woodward, OK. See Dispirited during the 3pm Oklahoma Shorts Block on Friday, May 6. See the full schedule here.

It is nominated for Best Oklahoma Film and you can check out the trailer below. We look forward to seeing you at the Woodward Arts Theater, 818 Main St., Woodward, OK 73801 on Friday. We’ll be hanging out for the whole festival and encourage you to check out the great line-up of films throughout the festival.
